We use this as a metaphor for people navigating the many challenges and adventures of life.
Our mission is to equip people with the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to become the captains of their own lives. Just as a young sailor learns to handle a small dinghy in an unpredictable sea, we help our participants learn to navigate their own lives, adapting to challenges and seizing opportunities along the way.
